What happened to TouchStone?

TouchStone was ContactMonkey’s free subject line analyzer aimed at enterprise internal-comms teams. It lived at touchstone.contactmonkey.com. That domain is completely gone now — DNS doesn’t even resolve. Not a 404, not a redirect. Just… nothing.

Were they even the same tool?

Honestly? Not really. TouchStone was built for a very specific niche — internal comms at mid-to-large companies. The people sending “Q3 Benefits Update” to 2,000 employees. Their ML model was trained on corporate email datasets.

EmailSubjectScore Pro is for external email. Cold outreach. Sales follow-ups. “Please open this because I need you to reply” kind of email. Totally different intent.
