1. Acceptance
By installing or using Pinello (the “Extension”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, uninstall the Extension.
2. Who We Are

3. Description of Service
Pinello is a Chrome extension that helps Pinterest creators prepare stronger Pins before publishing. It surfaces a Feed Score on Pin cards, a Pin Detail Score inside the Pin closeup, and a Pin Doctor pre-publish check inside the Create Pin workflow. Structural scoring runs locally in the browser. AI suggestions and Board Match run only when the user explicitly clicks the corresponding button.
4. Free and Paid Tiers
- Free tier: Feed Score badges, Pin Detail Score and Pin stats, 20 Pin Doctor checks per month, 5 AI actions per month (any mix of title suggestions, description suggestions, topic suggestions, and Board Match checks), Hide Ads on the feed. No account required.
- Pro tier: All Free features plus additional AI actions per month, feed sorting, Hide AI Pins, and CSV export of scored Pins. Priced at USD $8.99 per month or USD $79 per year, with a 7-day free trial, unless a different offer is clearly shown at checkout.
Free and Pro feature bundles and limits may change over time. Any change to price or included features will be shown before you next renew.
Fair-use limits. Pro includes reasonable-use caps on AI actions (approximately 200 AI actions per month across all AI features combined). Reasonable-use caps protect the service against abuse and unusual per-user cost. If you have a legitimate high-volume need, contact hello@amrita-labs.com.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use automated tools, multiple identities, or shared devices to bypass rate limits, fair-use caps, or free-tier limits
- Reverse-engineer the scoring algorithm, backend API, or subscription checks
- Use the Extension for spam, mass automated pin generation, or any Pinterest Terms-of-Service violation
- Resell access to the Extension or its backend API
- Submit content that violates applicable laws, Pinterest’s Community Guidelines, or third-party rights
6. AI-Generated Content
Suggestions are generated by AI (Azure OpenAI, currently GPT-4.1-mini) only when you click a suggestion or Board Match button. Suggestions are copy-only: they are placed on your clipboard for you to paste into Pinterest. Pinello never types into Pinterest fields on your behalf.
You are responsible for reviewing and editing any AI-generated text before publishing. Pinello does not guarantee saves, clicks, reach, or ranking on Pinterest, and does not guarantee that AI suggestions will improve Pin performance.
7. Intellectual Property
- The Extension, backend code, and Pinello brand are owned by Amrita Labs
- Pin content you create is yours — we claim no ownership
- AI-generated suggestions are provided as-is; no copyright claim is made on AI outputs
8. Payment, Trials, Cancellation, and Refunds
- Pro is a subscription billed by ExtensionPay (via Stripe). The current price is USD $8.99 per month or USD $79 per year unless a different offer is shown at checkout.
- Pro includes a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription renews at the price shown at checkout.
- You can cancel any time through the checkout portal accessible from the Pinello Options page. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Refund requests are handled case-by-case at Amrita Labs’ sole discretion. Email hello@amrita-labs.com.
- If we introduce different billing models later (for example, one-time offers, promotional codes, or higher-priced plans), the applicable terms will be disclosed before purchase.

10. Disclaimers
THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee accuracy of scores, that AI suggestions will improve Pin performance, uninterrupted operation, or compatibility with future Pinterest updates. Pinterest may change its interface, API, or policies at any time and Pinello may temporarily degrade or fail as a result.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD $50, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost data, or lost reach on Pinterest.
12. Service Changes and Suspension
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Extension or its backend service at any time, with or without notice, at our discretion. If we discontinue a paid feature, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected Pro subscribers by email or in-Extension notice before the change takes effect.
13. Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Ontario, Canada, except where prohibited by applicable law. For consumers in the EU, UK, and elsewhere, this section does not affect any statutory consumer protection rights you have under mandatory local law.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be signalled by updating the “Last Updated” date above and, when reasonably feasible, by an in-Extension notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, uninstall the Extension.
15. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms or otherwise abuse the service. You may terminate at any time by uninstalling the Extension and cancelling any active subscription in the checkout portal.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
17. Entire Agreement and Severability
These Terms together with the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Amrita Labs regarding the Extension. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
