Terms of Service — Pinello

1. Acceptance

By installing or using Pinello ("the Extension"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, uninstall the Extension.

2. Service Description

Pinello is a Chrome extension that provides real-time scoring and AI-powered rewrite suggestions for Pinterest pins during creation. Scores are advisory — final publishing decisions are yours alone.

3. Free Tier & Paid Features

  • Free tier: Limited monthly AI scores and rewrites (currently 50 scores/month, 5 rewrites/month). Structural scoring (image, hashtags, keyword overlap) is unlimited.
  • Pro tier (future): Unlimited AI features + semantic board-fit analysis. Pricing will be published before launch.
  • We may adjust free-tier limits. Changes will be reflected in the extension and Chrome Web Store listing.

    • 4. AI-Generated Content Disclosure

    Rewrite suggestions are generated by AI (Azure OpenAI). Per EU AI Act Article 50:
  • All AI-generated content is clearly labeled with a disclosure
  • You are responsible for reviewing AI suggestions before publishing
  • Pinello does not verify factual accuracy of AI-generated text
  • "Copy-only" design: AI text is placed in your clipboard — the extension never auto-publishes to Pinterest

    • 5. Intellectual Property

  • The Extension (code, design, branding) is © GoldenLeaf Apps 2026
  • Content you create or score using the Extension remains yours
  • AI rewrite suggestions are licensed to you for any use once generated

    • 6. Limitation of Liability

    Pinello is provided "AS IS" without warranty. We are not liable for:
  • Scores or suggestions that lead to poor pin performance
  • Pinterest account actions resulting from content you publish
  • Data loss from extension bugs or browser updates
  • Service interruptions due to rate limits, backend outages, or Pinterest DOM changes
    • Maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months (or $0 for free-tier users).

    7. Acceptable Use

    You agree NOT to:
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute the Extension
  • Circumvent rate limits or free-tier caps (e.g., device-ID spoofing)
  • Use the Extension to generate spam, misleading, or harmful content
  • Automate the Extension via scripts, bots, or headless browsers

    • 8. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may terminate by uninstalling the Extension at any time.

    9. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

    10. Changes

    We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted in the Chrome Web Store listing.
